Community Lunch and Learn

Behind every excellent performance is a community of supporters!  We are planning something big, and we need you and your friends to help us succeed. To champion the Performing Arts at Gustavus, we are hosting Applause for the Cause, a 2-day, 36-hour, giving event dedicated to our student performers and their faculty conductors and directors.
 

Join the community online when we go live at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25, and go until we applaud our success at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 26.

Get to know yourself better through guided meditation! Meditation offers a simple yet powerful way to calm your mind, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve practiced for years, tried it in the past, or are a beginner. Join us in the Bonnier Multifaith Center in Anderson Hall. All members of the campus community and beyond are invited to attend! Give it a try and experience the transformative power of mindfulness.
